UKS v3.0 is open for a 30-day public comment period — the open-review round required before submission to IANA (media-type registration) and the W3C (Community Group). The canonical source is spec/CALL-FOR-COMMENTS.md.
The schema is frozen against breaking changes for the duration. Accepted feedback is folded in additively only (new optional fields, clarifications, new examples). See the Governance policy for the change rules.
One topic per issue; reference the spec section or schema path. All comments are public and tracked in the comment log, with a recorded disposition for each before the window closes.
Evidence grading & clinical status — the GRADE-aligned evidence_grade levels and the never-boolean clinical_status vocabulary, including the contested-by-default treatment of genotype-guided dosing.
License preservation — the per-record license_label + rights_url model.
The five-layer model (A–E) and the L1/L2/L3 conformance boundaries.
Extensibility — the x- enum rules and the _extensions escape hatch.
Interoperability gaps between independent implementations.
The comment log is finalized, accepted additive changes are released, and — absent any unresolved blocking objection — the IANA registration and W3C Community Group submissions go out.
